For the last decade the power generation sector was a neglected sector as the sector is under the control of the Bangladesh Govt , Ministry of Energy & Power and most of the production is totally produced by the Govt owned power plants.
But quite interestingly Bangladesh is moving forward as an emerging economy in this part of the world and in case of any economical developments the Power plays an important roll.
But practically the scenario is this that the Generation can’t cope up with the rising demand of Power so there is a big gap created between the generation & the demand in one hand the Govt projects are old and are unable to supply the requisite output capacity more over due to the reason of these old plants they need to be shut down on a regular interval for overhauling once a plant is shut down there is an extra pressure on the national grid resulting which there are power cuts more then 8-10 hours a day.
The most ushering news that the current Govt after taking over the power had declared this sector a thrust sector and taken historical decisions like allowing the private sector investment in the power generation import of power from our neighboring country India today we are getting 1000 MW power everyday from India.
As the Govt assumed that it can’t continue like this for a long term and are very much emphasizing on renewable energy source like Wind,Solar,Bio Mass,Re-Generation etc.,
We are working with some of the prestigious name in the world with whom we are working closely to help the Govt in the nation building.
In this sector we are closely working with companies like MOSER BAUER,SUZLON,KAWASAKI HEAVY INDUSTRIES etc to name a few.
